摘  要:从土壤中分离筛选解磷菌,对所分离的45株解磷菌进行解磷效果测定,最终得到一株真菌A2菌株,其解磷效果优于其他解磷菌株,对A2菌株进行形态的初步鉴定,然后利用核糖体内转录间隔区(ITS)进行分子鉴定,结果表明该菌株与黑曲霉Aspergillus niger BAM122菌株的ITS相似度达到99%,所以确定该菌为黑曲霉.利用单因素实验和响应面法对其解磷能力以及解磷的条件进行研究,最终得到一最佳解磷培养条件:葡萄糖3%,硫酸铵0.8%,初始pH=6,温度28℃,摇床转速170rpm,培养7天,解磷效果最好.Various phosphate-solubilizing microbe strains were isolated from the soil.After many times of screening and purification,a strain A2 with stronger phosphate-solubilizing capability was obtained,which belonged to Aspergillus genus,as identified by morphological and electron microscope and internal transcribed spacer(ITS).Using single factor experiment and response surface method,the conditions of the phosphate-solubilizing ability was studied,the best culture conditions was 3% glucose,ammonium sulphate was 0.8%,initial pH was equal 6,temperature was 28℃,the shaking table speed was 170 rpm,and cultivation was time 7days.
