2010-2013年深圳市龙岗区流动人口肺结核病疫情分析

摘　　要：目的：了解深圳市龙岗区结核病流行现状，为制定流动人口结核病控制措施提供科学依据。方法对龙岗区2010－2013年流动人口结核病疫情资料进行统计和分析。结果2010－2013年龙岗区流动人口共登记肺结核患者3476例，平均登记率为52．43／10万，其中涂阳肺结核1709例，平均登记率约25．78／10万。报告病例中男性多于女性，性别比约为1．92∶1，年龄主要集中在15～44岁，职业分布中以工人比例最高，约占66．23％。2010－2013年多耐药患者总数为34人，其中2013年较2010年增加140％。结论龙岗区流动人口肺结核疫情不容乐观，尤其是涂阳及耐药肺结核，结核病管理工作仍不能放松，重点应放在广大青壮年工人及家政从业者等重点人群。Objective To explore the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in Longgang district,and provide a scientific reference for the control of tuberculosis epidemic among temporary residents. Method Epidemic data on tuberculosis among temporary residents of Longgang district reported from 2010 to 2013 were statistically analyzed. Results According to the report,a total of 3 476 tuberculosis cases were reported in the Longgang district from 2010 to 2013. There were an average of 52.43/100 000 tuberculosis cases and 25.78/100 000 smear-positive cases reported annually from 2010 to 2013.The number of male patients was higher than that of female patients. The sex ratio of male and female cases was 1.92∶1. The age of the patients was mainly between 15 and 44 which occupied 66.23%.On the other hand, the patients with multiple drug-resistant TB were increased, and should be valued. Conclusions Tuberculosis epidemic, especially smear-positive tuberculosis and multiple drug-resistant TB, among temporary residents in Longgang district was severe. Prevention and control of tuberculosis should continue to be emphasized, especially on young migrant workers and housekeeping practitioners.
