摘　　要：脑型疟疾(CM)主要由恶性疟原虫、少数由间日疟原虫感染引起的严重并发症,是疟疫的主要死因。CM的病理机制逐渐明了,诊治手段日益丰富,本文结合既有理论和最新研究成果,针对CM的病因、症状和诊治进行综述。Cerebral malaria （CM）, which is mainly caused by Plasmodium falciparum, a few by Plasmodium vivax, is one of the most serious complications of infection, and the leading cause of death inplasmodium infection. Nowadays not only the mechanism of pathogenesis but also the diagnosis and treatment of CM go deeper and richer. Combining the classic theories and the latest research results, this paper focuses on the etiology, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of cerebral malaria.
