摘　　要：加快小城镇建设是贵州省实现跨越发展、弯道取直的必然选择,也是农村全面脱贫与全国实现同步小康的一条有效途径。文章总结了贵州省示范小城镇建设取得成就,深入分析小城镇建设存在的问题,提出深化行政管理体制改革,提升服务效率;坚持规划引导,整合项目建设;深化投融资体制改革,推进农村金融制度创新;突出产业集聚发展地位,强化产业集聚发展;加强对口帮扶,突出帮扶实效等加强贵州省特色小城镇建设的对策建议。Speeding up the construction of small towns is an inevitable choice to realize leaping development of Guizhou and bend straightening, it is also an effective way to eliminate the rural poverty and the realize the simultaneous well - off society. The article summarizes the achievements of the constructing demonstration small towns in Guizhou, analyses problems existing in the construction of small cities and towns in depth, puts forward the suggestion to deepen reform of the administrative system, improves service efficiency. In addition, advices were provided to the following aspects, such as complying the planning guide, integrating project construction ; deepening reform of the investment and financing sys- tem, promoting the innovation in rural financial system, promoting industry cluster development status, strengthening the industrial agglomeration development; Strengthen the counterpart support, highlighting the effect of support, and strengthening the construction of characteristic small towns in Guizhou.
