摘 要:应用声发射(AE)技术对X60管线钢在质量分数为10%的FeCl3·6H_2O溶液中腐蚀过程进行了在线监测,通过AE信号特征参量分析、波形分析和小波分析相结合的方法处理信号,分析了X60管线钢在质量分数为10%的FeCl3·6H_2O溶液中声发射信号的变化规律及不同阶段的信号特征.结果表明:X60管线钢在质量分数为10%的FeCl_3·6H_2O溶液中腐蚀过程可以分为初始腐蚀期、加速腐蚀期和平稳腐蚀期3个阶段;不同腐蚀阶段的AE信号类型不同,信号频谱特征和能量比例也存在明显差异;3个腐蚀阶段的频率呈现低频、高频、低频的发展规律.结合AE信号的3种分析方法可以判定不同的腐蚀阶段,进而为X60管线钢腐蚀状态的安全性评价提供依据.The corrosion process of X60 pipeline steel in FeCl3· 6H2O solution with mass-fraction of 10% was online monitored by using acoustic emission (AE) technique. AE signal was processed by com- bined analysis of signal characteristic parameter, waveform, and wavelet. The variation pattern of AE sig- nal of the pipeline steel and its feature in different stages were analyzed. The result showed that X60 corro- sion process in FeCl3 · 6HzO solution could be divided into such three stages as initial corrosion stage, ac- celerated corrosion stage and stable corrosion stage. AE signals form would be different in different sta- ges. A notice able difference would also exist in the feature signal frequency spectrum and energy propor- tion. During the three corrosion stages, the frequency would change from low to high and then again to low. The combined three analysis methods could be used for identifying the difference of corrosion stages, so that providing a basis for safety evaluation of X60 pipeline steel corrosion.
