低渗气藏开发经济评价方法与指标体系的探析

摘　　要：低渗气藏与常规气藏的开发相比,存在投资大、成本高、经济效益差等经济特征。低渗气藏的开发相对于常规气藏的开发而言,其通常处于经济效益的边缘,面临较大的开发风险。为此,针对低渗气藏开发项目经济评价问题,根据建设项目经济评价的基本原理,构建了低渗气藏开发经济评价方法与指标体系,通过对四川盆地某低渗气藏开发经济效益评价和国民经济评价分析,提出了对低渗气藏开发效益评价指标修改和评价流程完善的相关建议。Compared with conventional gas reservoir, the development of low-permeable gas reservoir is featured by high investment, high cost and poor economic benefit etc. Compared with conventional gas reservoir, the development of low-permeable gas reservoir is generally at the edge of economic benefit and faces relatively high development risk. Therefore, in this paper, the economic evaluation method and indicator system for low-permeable gas reservoir development are established according to economic evaluation problems of low-permeable gas reservoir development project and the basic principles of economic evaluation of construction project; relevant suggestions are proposed for improving the benefit evaluation indicators and evaluation process of low-permeable gas reservoir development through analysis on economic benefit evaluation and national economic evaluation of a low-permeable gas reservoir in Sichuan Basin.
