高血压病血瘀证患者心血管危险因素的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察高血压病血瘀证与非血瘀证患者在不同中医证型的高血压病患者中的分布,来探讨血瘀证在高血压病中的分布规律。方法:本研究共纳入符合标准的原发性高血压患者80例。将患者分为血瘀证组和非血瘀证组,其中血瘀证组45例,非血瘀证组35例。另外选择健康体检者20例建立健康对照组。对三组进行血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的测量与计算,对比三组之间的差异。统计血瘀证在不同中医证型患者之中的分布情况。结果:原发性高血压血瘀证患者与健康对照组相比,TC、LDL-C、HCY均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);血瘀证与非血瘀证患者TC、HCY之间的比较前者显著高于后者(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压病患者各个中医证型当中,血瘀证多兼见于痰湿壅盛型及阴阳两虚型,故在二型的治疗中可适当辅以活血化瘀之品。Objective： To explore the distribution regularity of blood stasis syndrome in hypertension by observing the distribution of hypertension patients with blood stasis and hypertension patients with none blood stasis in different TCM types of syndrome. Methods： 80 cases of patients with essential hypertension were divided into blood stasis group and the non blood stasis syndrome group, 45 cases in the blood stasis group and 35 cases in the non blood stasis syndrome group. 20 cases of healthy physical examination patients were selected as the control group. Lipid （TC, TG, LDL, HDL - C - C） and homocysteine （HCY） measurement and calculation of three groups were tested and the difference was compared. Results： Compared with the control group, TC, LDL - C, HCY of blood stasis patients with essential hypertension were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）; TC, LDL - C, HCY of blood stasis patients with essential hypertension were significantly higher than that of non blood stasis patients （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Blood stasis syndrome was frequently encountered in phlegm dampness type and deficiency of yin and yang type in the hypertension patients of different types of syndrome, therefore, medicine which could promote the blood circulation and remove blood stasis should be used in the treatment.
