动态心电图ST-T改变在心绞痛型冠心病诊断中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析动态心电图ST-T改变在心绞痛型冠心病诊断中的临床效果,为临床提高绞痛型冠心病诊准确率提供有力依据。方法:选取我院2014年3月—2016年3月收治的冠心病患者178例,冠状动脉造影确诊87例心绞痛型冠心病患者为观察组;91例非心绞痛型冠心病患者为对照组。对两组患者进行24 h动态心电图检查,分析并比较两组患者的动态心电图ST-T变化。结果:观察组心绞痛冠心病患者64例,阳性率为73.56%;对照组心绞痛冠心病患者21例,阳性率为23.08%。观察组阳性率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病合并心绞痛患者的动态心电图ST-T改变阳性率与疾病自身有关系密切,患者进行动态心电图检测的同时,应结合实际病情和生活情况对病情进行准确判断。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of dynamic electrocardiogram ST-T changes in the diagnosis of angina coronary heart disease, and to provide a solid basis for the clinical improvement of diagnosis of angina pectoris. Methods： 178 cases of coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected, and 87 patients with angina type coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group and 91 patients with non angina type coronary heart disease were selected as the control group. 24h dynamic ECG were examined in two groups, and the dynamic changes of ST-T in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results： In the observation group, there was 64 cases of coronary heart disease, the positive rate was 73.56%, while that of the control group was 21 and the positive rate was 23.08%. The positive rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The dynamic electrocardiogram ST-T change and the positive rate of disease itself was closely related in patients with coronary heart disease combined with angina pectoris, diagnosis should be based on dynamic electrocardiogram （DCG） combined with the actual condition and life condition.
