胶艾汤配合温针灸治疗青春期痛经的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胶艾汤配合温针灸治疗青春期痛经的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年6月—2016年5月收治的72例青春期痛经患者作为研究对象,按随机对照试验研究方法分为对照组和试验组,每组36例,对照组给予胶艾汤治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上配合温针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率(88.89%)高于对照组(69.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胶艾汤配合温针灸治疗青春期痛经可取得较好效果,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical the effect of Jiaoai decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating adolescent dysmenorrhea.Methods： 72 adolescent dysmenorrhea patients, treated in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016, were selected as research subjects and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the randomized controlled trial study method, with 36 cases in each group, the control group received Jiaoai decoction while the experimental group received Jiaoai decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results： The total effective rate of the experimental group （88.89%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （69.44%）; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Jiaoai decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion had better curative effect in treating adolescent dysmenorrhea, and it was of higher security, therefore, it was worth clinical application and promotion.
