观察妇科临床应用生化汤分析并探讨其中药药理

摘　　要：目的:探究生化汤的中医药理及其在妇科临床中的应用效果。方法:择取320例妇科疾病患者作为研究对象,按照患者所患疾病类型将其随机划分为研究组和参照组,每组160例,研究组患者行生化汤干预治疗,参照组患者按照具体罹患的疾病类型,实施针对性的常规治疗手段。结果:研究组患者在流产、上环、产后出血及月经病等方面的治疗效果均显著优于参照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生化汤在妇科疾病治疗中能够取得较好效果,有效扩展了中西医结合疾病治疗方法,适宜在临床中予以推广运用。Objective： To explore the TCM pharmacology and the application effect of Shenghua decoction in the clinical gynecological practice. Methods： 320 patients with gynecologic diseases were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the reference group according to the disease type, with 160 cases in each group. Patients in the study group received Shenghua decoction while the reference group received specific routine treatment according to the disease type. Results： The therapeutic effect of abortion, inserting birth controlling ring, postpartum hemorrhage, and menstrual disease of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group, the difference between the two groups was of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Shenghua decoction had significant in treating gynecologic diseases and it effectively expanded the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of disease, which was suitable for clinical application.
