益气温阳方穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气温阳方穴位贴敷治疗肾阳亏虚型糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床疗效。方法:在患者血糖控制达标的基础上,将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予维生素B1注射液和维生素B12注射液肌内注射,治疗组另加用益气温阳方穴位贴敷。两组均以15 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:两组治疗前后临床疗效、中医症状积分、膀胱残余尿量等与治疗前相对比,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:益气温阳方穴位贴敷治疗肾阳亏虚型糖尿病神经源性膀胱有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy ofYiqi Wenyang Formula acupoint sticking in treating kidney Yang deficiency type diabetic neurogenic bladder （DNB）. Methods： On the basis of successful blood sugar control in patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder, 60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, the control group was given intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 and vitamin BI2, the treatment group received Yiqi Wenyang Formula acupoint sticking on the basis of the treatment of the control group. 15 days formed one course and both groups were treated for 2 courses. Results： The clinical efficacy, Chinese medicine symptom integral and bladder residual urine volume of two groups were compared before and after treatment, the difference was of statistical significance. Conclusion： Yiqi Wenyang Formula acupoint sticking had significant effect in treating kidney Yang deficiency type diabetic neurogenic bladder.
