摘  要:为保障通用航空飞行的安全、合法和高效,针对通用航空飞行高度低、路线相对灵活、受地形地物和配载影响大等特点,提出一种通用航空飞行计划评估系统设计与实现方法。飞行计划评估以复杂评估要素的提取与处理为基础,利用基于飞机性能工程的方法评估飞机燃油、配载以及起飞越障等关键指标,利用高精度地形插值的方法计算低空飞行剖面,利用2D/3D一体化地理信息系统平台实现飞行计划执行全过程3D可视化评估。系统测试表明,所设计和实现的飞行计划评估系统能够从关键指标、垂直飞行剖面以及三维可视化3个方面展开评估,从而为通用航空飞行计划的制订和审批提供依据,满足通用航空对飞行计划评估服务的需求。A design and implementation method of flight plan evaluation system for general aviation considering the characteristics of general aviation such as lower flight height, flexible route, significant effects of terrain and load is proposed to guarantee the safety, legality and efficiency of flight. The flight plan evaluation is based on extraction and processing of complex evaluation factors. The aircraft performance engineering method is exploited to evaluate key indices such as fuel cost, load balance and takeoff obstacle height; a high precision interpolation method for terrain is utilized tO calculate the low altitude flight profile and a 2D/3D platform of geographic information system is employed to evaluate the whole flight procedure in 3D visualization style. System test indicates that the flight plan evaluation system designed with the presented method could evaluate a flight plan from key indices, flight profile and 3D visualization. This system could support the preparation and approval of flight plan and satisfy the requirement of flight plan evaluation service for general aviation.
