摘 要:目的探讨16周快走简易运动处方对老年男性骨质疏松患者骨量、血液指标、呼吸功能以及体成分的影响。方法选取骨质疏松筛查确诊骨质疏松症的老年男性患者70例,随机分为运动组和对照组,运动组患者进行16周快走锻炼,对照组按照原有生活方式进行生活。16周后测量两组骨强度值、骨密度指数T值、血液指标、肺活量、时间肺活量和体脂百分比。结果运动组患者较对照组骨强度值、骨密度指数T值有显著性差异(P<0.05),血高密度脂蛋白、全血粘度和红细胞变形指数有显著性差异(P<0.05),肺活量有显著性增加(P<0.05),体脂百分比有显著性下降(P<0.05)。结论长期快走锻炼方式能够显著提高老年男性骨质疏松患者的呼吸功能、降低体脂、改善血脂水平、血液流变性和提高跟骨骨密度水平。Objective To explore the 16 week walking exercise on the elderly male patients with osteoporosis bone mass,blood index,respiratory function and body composition influence.Methods A total of 70 elderly male patients with osteoporosis screening for undiagnosed osteoporosis randomly divided into intervention group and control group,intervention group were 16 weeks of brisk walking exercise,control group according to the original way of life of life.16 weeks after the measurement of the two groups of bone strength,bone density index T value,blood indicators,vital capacity,time capacity and body fat percentage.Results Compared with control group,the intervention group,bone strength,bone density index t value have significant difference(P〈0.05),high density lipoprotein and red blood cell pressure plot has significant difference(P〈0.05),vital capacity increased significantly(P〈0.05),body fat percentage is significantly decreased(P〈0.05).Conclusion Long term walking exercise can significantly improve respiratory function,reduce body fat in elderly male patients with osteoporosis,improve blood lipid levels,blood rheology and improve bone mineral density level.
