摘 要:目的探讨维生素K对骨质疏松症患者特征性骨转换指标及骨密度的影响。方法选取300例骨质疏松症患者和300例非骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,将骨质疏松症患者随机分为3组(每组100例)。A组按照100μg/d的剂量补充维生素K,B组按照50μg/d的剂量补充维生素K,C组不补充维生素K,比较3组患者骨密度及骨转换指标的变化。结果 A、B、C三组治疗前的骨密度、血清BGP水平均显著低于非骨质疏松组,CTX-Ⅰ水平显著高于非骨质疏松组(P<0.05),三组组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后12个月、18个月,A、B两组的骨密度、血清BGP水平均有明显提高,CTX-Ⅰ水平显著降低,C组无明显变化,且A组的骨密度、血清BGP水平均显著高于B组,CTX-Ⅰ水平显著低于B组,P<0.05。结论维生素K能有效增加骨质疏松症患者的骨密度,改善骨转换指标,并且以100μg/d的剂量治疗骨质疏松症的疗效更佳。Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin K on the characteristic markers of bone turnover and bone mineral density in patients with osteoporosis.Methods 300 patients with osteoporosis and 300 patients with non osteoporosis were selected as the study subjects.The patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into 3groups(n=100).Group A in accordance with the 100g/d dose of vitamin K supplement,B group in accordance with 50g/d dose of vitamin K supplement,C group does not supplement vitamin K,compared with the 3groups of patients with bone mineral density and bone turnover markers changes.Results A,B,C three groups before treatment,bone density and serum BGP level were significantly lower than those of non osteoporosis group,CTX I levels was significantly higher than that of non osteoporosis group(P〈0.05).Among the three groups no significant difference(P〉0.05).12 months,18months after treatment,a,B two groups of bone mineral density,serum BGP levels were significantly improved,CTX I levels decreased significantly,group C had no obvious change and a group of bone density and serum BGP levels were significantly higher than those of group B,CTX I levels was significantly lower than that of group B(P〈0.05).Conclusion Vitamin K can effectively increase the bone mineral density in patients with osteoporosis,improve bone turnover markers,and the effect of 100g/d dose treatment of osteoporosis is better.
