摘　　要：在军队传染病的预防与控制过程中,为了从源头杜绝传染病暴发,免疫规划工作具有重要意义。文章阐述了我军免疫规划工作的现状,发现军队免疫规划工作中仍然存在一些问题,为了弥补这些不足,重点对具有代表性及指导意义的美军免疫预防工作的发展动向进行了研究,并结合我军自身需要,向我军未来的免疫规划工作发展方向提出几点建议,从而能够优化我军的免疫规划工作。Objective In the process of prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army, immune planning plays a pivotal role in preventing acute outbreaks. This article reviews the status quo of immune planning in the army of China and dis- closes some problems in this area. To solve these problems, it is imperative to initiate research related to significant developments of immune planning within the military forces of United States of America. Also, some suggestions are raised so that immune planning in Chinese army might be optimized in line with our demands.
