摘　　要：通过对他克莫司的不良药物反应的相关研究进行分析和总结,依据其临床特点及药动力学特征,针对性地制定临床药学监护措施,并总结相关要点,进而优化患者治疗方案,尽可能降低或避免他克莫司不良反应发生,促进合理用药,改善患者预后,以确保用药的安全性和有效性。By summarizing the related studies on adverse reactions of tacrolimus, and analyzing the clinical and pharma- cokinetic characteristics, targeted clinical pharmaceutical care measures were proposed in an attempt to optimize treatment regi- mens, minimizethe occurrence of adverse reactions of tacrolimus, promote the rational use of drugs, improve the prognosis of pa- tients and prevent possible disputes between doctors and patients.
