摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,聚乙二醇200为分散剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备一种新型的硫镧掺杂纳米TiO_2抗菌材料。通过透射电镜和X射线衍射对纳米材料的微观结构进行表征分析,并检测硫、镧掺杂对纳米TiO_2抗菌性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的硫镧掺杂TiO_2为锐钛矿型纳米晶,硫、镧的掺杂导致TiO_2的粒径变小。抑菌试验结果显示,在日光灯和紫外灯照射下,所制备的硫镧掺杂TiO_2纳米材料具有良好的抗菌性能,在日光灯照射下抗大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度MIC值均≤250 mg/m L。通过与纯的TiO_2对比,掺杂硫镧TiO_2的抑菌效果更明显,且其抗菌性能与掺杂硫镧的含量成正相关。S-La-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as raw material and PEG200 as dispersant. The doped TiO2 was characterized by TEM and XRD, and the antibacterial property was also detected for effect of S and La. The results show that the crystal form of S- La-doped TiO2 is single anatase, and the adulteration of S and La induced the granularity decreseenee of the nanoparticles. Results of antibacterial test showed that this S-La co-doped nano-TiO2 has good antibacterial property when which prepared by the fluorescent lamp and UV irradiation. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the resistance of Escheriehia eoli and Staphylococcus aureus are all less than or equal to 250 mg/mL under the fluorescent lamp irradiation. Compared with pure TiO2, the antibacterial effect of S-La co-doped nano-TiO2 is more obvious, and there is a positively correlation between the baeteriostasis and the content of S-La co-doped nano-TiO2.
