摘  要:以B_2O_3、CaO、ZnO、KNaO、CaF_2为熔剂制备在1120℃左右烧成的无铅透明釉。探究了釉组成中CaO、CaF_2、B_2O_3、Al_2O_3含量对釉面光泽度、透明度等的影响。结果表明,提高釉中CaO、Al_2O_3含量可以抑制分相,提高釉的透明度,但会产生气泡降低釉的光泽度,用适量CaF_2取代CaO可以解决这个问题。制备的透明釉釉面光泽度达102.9,釉面显微硬度、热稳定性能够达到日用陶瓷的标准要求。The lead-free transparent glaze fired at about 1120 ℃ was prepared, used B2O3, CaO, ZnO, KNaO,CaF2 as flux. The effects of the contents of CaO,CaF2 ,B2O3 ,Al2O3 on such performances of glaze as glossiness and transparency were investigatedh. The results showed that raising the CaO and Al2O3 content can increase the transparency of the glaze because the phase separation was suppressed, moreover it can produce the air bubbles to reduce the glaze gloss. This problem can be solved by replacing the CaO with proper amount of CaF2. The glaze glossiness is 102.9,the hardness and thermal stability can reach the standard requirements of tableware.
