摘  要:本文以铝矾土为主要原料,以Gd_2O_3为标记物质,在国内首次合成了Gd同位素标记陶粒压裂支撑剂,研究了0%、1%、5%和10%Gd_2O_3加入量对其物相形貌、物理性能的影响,结果表明:烧成温度在1320℃时,主要物相为刚玉和含Gd晶体;当加入的Gd_2O_3小于5%时,标记物质全部进入了晶相中,且在压裂支撑剂载体内均匀分布;69MPa闭合压力下的破碎率低于3.5%;各项技术指标符合国家标准要求,适用于中深油气井压裂裂缝形态及支撑剂位置监测。In this paper, the first isotope-labeled fracturing proppant in China was sintered using bauxite and Gd203 as main material and the marking substance respectively. And discuss the influence of the addition of Gd203(0%, 1%, 5% and 10%) on the phase morphology and physical properties. The results showed that when the sintering temperature is 1320 ℃, its main phase was corundum and several crystalline phases containing Gd. When the adding amount of Gd203 was less than 5% , the marking substance entered the crystalline phase completely and evenly distributed throughout the proppant. Meanwhile, the broken rate under the 69 MPa pressure was lower than 3.5% , which can meet the national standard and use for obtaining the information regarding fracture shape and the location of the proppant in the wells that closure pressure is higher than the shallow wells.
