摘 要:采用硫酸渣、转炉渣和铜渣三种工业废渣制备水泥,研究对比其易磨性、显微结构和矿物组成,并初步探讨了铜渣制备高强度水泥的作用机理。结果表明:在同粉磨条件下,铜渣水泥的易磨性较好,其28 d强度高达67.6MPa。在1450℃高温煅烧下,相对于转炉渣熟料和硫酸渣熟料而言,掺入铜渣后煅烧得到的熟料矿物晶体自形程度较好,C3S矿物含量较多,为进一步研究铜渣组分与熟料成分反应的作用机理提供依据。Cement that was produced from three kinds of industrial waste slag, including pyrite cinder, converter slag and copper slag. Study on the grindability of raw meal, microstrueture, and mineral composition of clinker and mechanism of preparation was also discussed. The results showed that the grindability of copper slag cement was best at the same grinding,which the strength after 28 d can reach 67.6 MPa. They were calcined at 1450 ℃, the detection of clinker which the euhedral crystal of copper slag was good effect compare with converter slag-clinker and pyrite cinder-clinker, the content of tricaleium silicate was higher, which is provided a theoretical basis for studying on the mechanism of the reaction between the components of copper slag and clinker.
