摘  要:为了有效改善2 MW空冷风力发电机的热性能,满足实际工作需要,建立了该电机三维稳态温度场模型,对电机内的热场进行了分析和研究,明确了该电机传热特性及温度分布规律,发现该电机局部温度过高;对涉及电机热性能的相应参数进行了完善,并对相应结构参数下电机进行了热性能分析,通过实验证明改善后电机热性能满足电机运行要求,此研究对大型电机的结构优化和运行提供了一定的借鉴.In order to effectively improve the 2 MW Air-cooling turbine thermal performance,and meet the demands of practical work,a finite model for three-dimensional steady-state temperature field of the air-coolant wind turbine was set up; the thermal field of the wind turbine was analyzed and researched.The generator heat transfer characteristics and temperature distribution were clear,and the results showed that the local temperature is too high.To reduce the thermal,the corresponding parameters of the thermal performance of the motor were improved,the thermal performance of the corresponding structure parameters of the generator was also analyzed,it was shown that the transformation of the thermal performance of the generator can meet the operation requirements.The result provides guidance for the structure optimization and operation of the large wind generator.
