二联法治疗椎间盘型腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察射频热凝靶点联合叶氏正骨十步手法治疗椎间盘型腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的椎间盘型腰椎管狭窄症80例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组采用射频热凝靶点联合叶氏正骨十步手法治疗方法,对照组采用射频热凝靶点治疗方法。治疗30天后比较两组患者的症状体征、及临床疗效、脊髓功能状态及生活质量评分。结果:2组治疗后症状体征综合评分、脊髓功能评分、生活质量评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效总有效率87.50%,对照组临床疗效总有效率70.00%,两者疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:射频热凝靶点联合叶氏正骨十步手法这种"二联法"治疗椎间盘型腰椎管狭窄症优于单纯射频热凝靶点疗法,为临床治疗椎间盘型腰椎管狭窄症提供更优的治疗方法。Objective： To observe the curative effect of using radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with YE＇s bonesetting ten step manipulation in the treatment of intervertebral disc of lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods： To conform to the standards of the intervertebral disc of lumbar spinal canal stenosis,80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ 40cases） and controlled group（ 40cases）,the treatment group used radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with YE＇s bone setting ten step technique treatment,and the patients in the controlled group were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target therapy. 30 days after treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared,and the clinical effect,functional status of the spinal cord and the quality of life scores were compared. Results： Two groups of symptoms and signs scores,spinal cord function score,quality of life score after treatment was significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87. 50%,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 70. 00%,the effect of the two gruops had significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with YE＇s bone setting ten step approach in the treatment of intervertebral disc lumbar canal stenosis is superior to that of simple RF heat coagulation and target therapy,for the clinical treatment of intervertebral disc lumbar spinal stenosis to provide better treatment.
