加味平乐疏肝活血汤治疗青壮年腰椎间盘突出症急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察基于"以肝论治"组方加味平乐疏肝活血汤治疗青壮年腰椎间盘突出症急性期的临床疗效。方法:选择36例符合腰椎间盘突出症急性期诊断标准的青壮年患者,给予加味平乐疏肝活血汤口服,治疗中嘱患者绝对卧床休息,治疗2周为1个疗程,分别在治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后,比较治疗前后VAS评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分变化。结果:服用加味平乐疏肝活血汤加绝对卧床休息后,患者疼痛VAS评分和ODI评分较治疗前显著降低,治疗前后VAS评分、ODI评分差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于"以肝论治"组方的加味平乐疏肝活血汤能明显缓解青壮年腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者疼痛、麻木等不适,有效改善患者功能障碍,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Pingle Shugan Huoxue Addition Decoction for the young adults in the acute stage of lumbar disc protrusion. Methods： Thirty-six young patients of acute stage pain of lumbar disc protrusion were selected. The cases took Pingle Shugan Huoxue Addition Decoction,and were asked to completly rest in bed. All patients were treated for 2weeks of a course. After 2courses of treatment,the changes of VAS score and Oswestry disability index（ ODI） score were compared before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,the VSA score and ODI score were decreased obviously（ P〈0. 05）,with remarkable differences（ P〈0. 05）. Coclusion： Pingle Shugan Huoxue Addition Decoction based in the hepatic theory,acts positively on pain,numbness and dysfunction of young patients in the acute stage of lumbar disc protrusion.
