摘  要:目的:考察参芪利心方对实验性腹主动脉缩窄法所致的大鼠心衰模型血流动力学及外周血中ANP、ALD、AngⅡ的影响。方法:将雄性大鼠随机分为模型组、对照组、参芪利心方高剂量组、参芪利心方中剂量组,阳性对照贝那普利组、参芪利心方+贝那普利组。运用电磁流量计法和左心室插管法共同考察大鼠血流动力学指标,同时采用放射性免疫法测定血中ANP、ALD、AngⅡ浓度。结果:各给药组与模型组相比,心率(HR)明显减弱,而其他各项指标均有不同程度提高,具有显著性差异,而ANP、ALD、AngⅡ有不同程度下降,其中高剂量组与中剂量组相比,在血流变学指标上具有显著性差异,而参芪利心方+贝那普利组在LVSP、LV+dp/dtmax、SV、CO、SVI、CI等指标改善方面,相比其它治疗组具有显著性差异,但各组之间ANP、ALD、AngⅡ指标未见明显异常。结论:实验性腹主动脉缩窄法所致的心衰大鼠心功能明显下降,且血中ANP、ALD、AngⅡ分泌量增多;而参芪利心方可较好的改善心衰功能,并抑制血中ANP、ALD、AngⅡ过度分泌。Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenqi Lixin prescription on hemodynamics and peripheral blood ANP, ALD and Ang II in rats with congestive heart failure induced by abdominal aortic banding. Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into model group, control group, Shenqi Lixin prescription high dose group, middle dose group, positive control Benner Pury group and Shenqi Lixin prescription combined with Benner Pury group. The hemodynamic parameters were measured by electromagnetic flow meter and left ventricular intubation, and the concentrations of ANP, ALD and Ang in blood were also measured by the method of radioactive immunoassay. Results : Compared with the mod- el group,in each Shenqi Lixin prescription group the heart rate (HR) was significantly decreased, and other indicators were improved to different degrees, with a significant difference. However, ANP, ALD, Ang Ⅱ had the varying degrees of decline. Compared with middle dose group, high dose group had a significant difference in blood rheology index. Moreover,in Shenqi Lixin prescription and benazepril group LVSP, LV + dp/dtmax, SV, Co, SVI and CI index were improved compared with other treatment groups with a significant difference, but between each group, ANP, ALD, Ang Ⅱ index were not obviously abnormal. Conclusion: Among the rat models with chronic heart failure, the heart function was significantly decreased, and plasma ANP, ALD, Ang Ⅱ secretion were increased; but the heart failure can be better improved after it is interfered by Shenqi Lixin prescription, and Shenqi Lixin prescription can inhibit blood ANP, ALD, Ang Ⅱ excessive secretion.
