摘　　要：目的:正交试验法筛选花地灌肠剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验和多指标加权评分法,以芦丁含量、浸膏得率为评价指标,优选花地灌肠剂的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为处方量的药材加入11倍水,浸泡0.5 h,提取3次,每次2.5 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可靠,简单可行,为花地灌肠剂的成型工艺奠定了基础。Objective： To optimize the best extraction process in Huadi enema by using orthogonal test. Methods： The orthogonal test and multi - index were used to investigate the extraction process with the rate of Rutin, extractums were regarded as the indexes. Results： Optimal extraction process was as follows： the prescriptions after mixing were evenly added 11 times amount of water, soaked 0.5 hour and extracted 3 times with 2.5 hours per time. Conclusion： The extraction process is stable and reliable, simple and feasible, and has laid a foundation for the molding process of Huadi enema.
