摘  要:目的:正交试验法筛选花地灌肠剂的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验和多指标加权评分法,以芦丁含量、浸膏得率为评价指标,优选花地灌肠剂的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为处方量的药材加入11倍水,浸泡0.5 h,提取3次,每次2.5 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可靠,简单可行,为花地灌肠剂的成型工艺奠定了基础。Objective: To optimize the best extraction process in Huadi enema by using orthogonal test. Methods: The orthogonal test and multi - index were used to investigate the extraction process with the rate of Rutin, extractums were regarded as the indexes. Results: Optimal extraction process was as follows: the prescriptions after mixing were evenly added 11 times amount of water, soaked 0.5 hour and extracted 3 times with 2.5 hours per time. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and reliable, simple and feasible, and has laid a foundation for the molding process of Huadi enema.
