中药灌肠结合理疗治疗盆腔炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药自拟方择时灌肠加微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:对159例证型为湿热瘀结型的慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组以全成分配方颗粒中药择时灌肠结合穴位微波理疗为治疗方法,灌肠时间选择上午9时脾胃经当令时间进行灌肠治疗,理疗采用子宫、中极、关元、阿是穴穴位理疗。对照组采用抗生素治疗,甲硝唑加左氧氟沙星静脉用药。两组所得结果经2个疗程观察后对治疗前后评分结果进行统计学分析。结果:两组患者治疗均有较好疗效,中药灌肠结合理疗有效率100%,经统计学分析实验组明显优于对照组。结论:自拟的灌肠方剂择时灌肠结合理疗在治疗慢性盆腔炎方面具有很好的疗效,值得推广。Objective ： To explore the clinically combined with physiotherapy on chronic pelvic curative effect of self - made traditional Chinese medicine chrono - clysis inflammatory disease. Methods： 159 patients of chronic pelvic inflammation with the syndrome of accumulated damp heat were chosen and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. Carry on statistical analysis of the results of the self controlled study before and after treatment. The observation group was on the basis of clysis combined with physiotherapy treatment adding chrono - medication. The optimal medication time was at 9：00a. m. The cases in the control group were treated with antibiotics. Treatment course was for two courses. Results： Before and after treatment the comparison showed that this comprehensive treatment method could improve the symptoms and relevant physiochemical indexes of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients. Through the statistical analysis the experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion ： The self - made traditional Chinese medicine chrono - clysis combined with physiotherapy for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a better clinically curative effect.
