摘 要:以不具肉质根的普通白菜‘华冠’为对照,对三个薹菜品种肉质根发育过程中糖分积累及糖代谢相关酶活性进行了研究。结果显示,与普通白菜相比,薹菜肉质根直径、干重及根冠比在整个生育期呈上升趋势,薹菜与普通白菜库活性则均下降。生长后期,三个薹菜品种根部可溶性总糖、还原糖及蔗糖含量均高于对照,而叶片中的可溶性总糖和还原糖含量则显著低于对照。薹菜和普通白菜叶片及根部的酸性转化酶(acid invertase,AI)和中性转化酶(neutral invertase,NI)活性在整个生育期的变化规律基本一致。播种32~39 d后,薹菜肉质根的蔗糖合成酶(sucrose synthase,SS)及蔗糖磷酸合成酶(sucrose phosphate synthase,SPS)活性均大幅上升,同时伴随蔗糖含量的显著积累。而‘华冠’白菜根部两种酶活性及蔗糖含量在整个生育期中变化平缓。三个薹菜品种肉质根直径、干重及根冠比与SPS活性的相关性达到显著水平,‘平度薹菜’根部发育指标与SS活性也呈正相关,推测蔗糖磷酸合成酶调控薹菜肉质根中蔗糖的积累水平;而转化酶在肉质根生长初期起到提供碳源的重要作用。Sugar accumulation and sucrose-metabolizing enzyme activities were studied during the development of fleshy tapro ot in three Tai-tsai cultivars,and the ‘Huaguan' pakchoi with no fleshy root was used as the control.Results showed that the root diameter,dry matter and the root-shoot ratio of Tai-tsai compared with ‘Huaguan' showed an upward trend in the whole growth period,the sink activities of the Tai-tsai and pakchoi were both decreased.During later growth stages,the content of total soluble sugars,reducing sugars and the sucrose in Tai-tsai fleshy taproot were higher than those in the control,while the total soluble sugars and the reducing sugars in leaf showed the opposite changes.In the whole growing period,activity changes of the acid invertase(AI) and the neutral invertase(NI) were similar in root and leaf for Tai-tsai and pakchoi.Activities of the sucrose synthase(SS) and the sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS) in Tai-tsai fleshy taproot increased sharply at 32–39 d after sowing,with the significant accumulation of sucrose content.However,the activities of SS and SPS and the sucrose content in root of ‘Huaguan' changed gently in the whole growth period.Correlation analysis showed that root diameter,dry weight and root shoot ratio of the fleshy taproot had significant positive correlation with SPS activity in three Tai-tsai cultivars,and the correlation of fleshy taproot development in ‘Pingdu' Tai-tsai and SS activity also reached the significant level.It was speculated that SPS may be involved in regulating the level of sucrose accumulation in fleshy taproot; while invertase may play an important role in providing carbon source in the early stage of fleshy taproot growth.
