摘  要:试验选取18份来自不同地区的披碱草属(Elymus L.)种质材料进行抗旱性研究,对牧草苗期进行连续干旱,并测定干旱第0d,5d,10d的细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、脯氨酸和叶绿素的含量,并运用Fuzzy数学中隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评判,比较18种材料的抗旱性强弱。结果表明,连续干旱胁迫下,披碱草属各牧草随着胁迫强度的增大和时间的延长叶绿素含量显著降低(P<0.05),且种间也具显著差异(P<0.05);而细胞膜透性、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖含量显著增加(P<0.05),且种间也具显著差异(P<0.05);经评定披碱草属18种牧草苗期抗旱性顺序为:I-1-1-21>I-1-5-63>09-202>I-1-17-5>09-037>5>I-1-5-39>I-1-5-67>I-1-1-26>09-050>3>2>I-1-5-44>4>I-1-5-37>I-1-1-35>I-1-5-12>I-1-1-5。Research on the dynamic variation of drought resistance in forages system is great importance for forageintroduction and selection, especially indrought areas. Taking eighteen Elymus L. germplasm materials from different ar-easas experimental materials, analyzed the dynamic variation of MDA, Content of chlorophyll, Relative electrical conduc-tivity rate, soluble sugar and protein in 0d,5d,10d after drought treatment. Using fuzzy mathematics method evaluatedthe drought resistance ability. The results indicated that relative electrical conductivity rate, MDA, soluble sugar andprotein contents of every herbage increased significantly along with the increasing drought stress and time extending (P〈 0. 05 ), and there was significantly different between species ( P 〈 0.05 ). The Content of chlorophyll contents of everyherbage had significant decline trend with the increasing drought stress and time extending ( P 〈 0. 05 ), there was a sig-nificant difference between species (P 〈 0. 05 ). At last, by using fuzzy mathematics method, the drought resistance a-bility of Elymus L. gramineous grass species tested was evaluated as follows :I - 1 - 1 -21 〉 I - 1 -5 -63 〉 09 -202 〉I- ! - 17 -5 〉09 -037 〉5 〉I- 1 -5 -39 〉I- 1 -5 -67 〉 I- 1 - 1 -26 〉09 -050 〉3 〉2 〉 I - 1 -5 -44 〉4 〉 I -1-5-37〉I-1-1-35〉I -1-5-12〉I-1-1-5.
