人工辅助配种技术在藏羊生产中的应用效果

摘　　要：将藏羊整群的等级母羊50只单独组群,与指定的1只种公羊进行跟群放牧,自然交配。人工辅助配种的公、母羊不同月龄生长发育体重、体尺比自然交配的公、母羊略有提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。人工辅助配种可选择品种好、质量高的种公羊与适当数量的同等级母羊交配,有利于选种选配,可以准确掌握后代的系谱血统。便于管理,有利于接羔,可提高成活率和质量,提高公羊的利用率,提高后代品质。The 50 ewes with same grade and one ram were grazing together for natural mating. The body weight,body measurements of artificial assisted breeding of ram, ewe with aged different months increased slightly than ram,ewe with natural mating, but there is no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05）. The artificial assisted breeding beneficialto choose good varieties, high quality of RAMS and ewes with same grade for proper number, is advantageous to selec-tion matching and accurately know the offspring of genealogical ancestry. Easy to manage, be helpful for giving birth,can improve the survival rate and quality, and improve the utilization rate of RAMS and the quality of the offspring.
