现行水利水电工程征地补偿政策在陕西省的应用探讨

摘　　要：根据陕西省水利水电工程移民基本特性、陕西省社会、经济、资源等实际情况,以及基层政府、移民与安置区居民不同群体的利益诉求,通过总结梳理已审定项目的征地补偿标准,并结合典型工程的征地补偿标准测算。深入分析现行征地补偿政策、标准的适用性和存在的问题,为陕西省政府、省移民主管部门、项目业主以及规划设计单位等提供基础参考。In accordance with the basic characteristics of the population resettlement in water resources and hydropower projects of Shaanxi Province,the actual social,economic and resources status of Shaanxi Province as well as the beneficial requirements of the local grass-root government,the resettlement population and the different group masses of residents in the resettlement areas ,adaptability and issues on the currently-applied compensation policy for land acquisition are deeply analyzed by combing the approved compensation standard and in combination with the estimated compensation standard for the typical projects .This study provides Shaanxi Provincial government,provincial population resettlement authority,project employer and planning ＆ design firms,etc with reference.
