摘 要:随着勘测设计企业的勘测设计、施工等项目作业地点逐渐向西藏等高原地区延伸,急性高原病发病率、致伤及致死率不断提高,给从业人员职业健康造成了较大的风险。文章基于西藏双湖项目部的急性高原病防治工作,阐述中小型项目的急性高原病防治体系的建立,从健全管理制度、进行职业健康体检、科学合理开展进场前习服、加强过程防护、着重于现场急救及后送、开展高原脱适应等方面提出了防治思路。对于中小型工程项目急性高原病防治进行了有益的探索。With the expansion of design and construction sites to plateau area such as Tibet, the rates of occurrence, injury and casualty of the mountain sickness increase continuously. This largely cause risks to the occupational health of the personnel who involve in the design and construction in such plateau areas. Based on the prevention and treatment of the acute mountain sickness during the construction of Shuanghu PV project in Tibet, in this paper, establishment of prevention and treatment system of acute mountain sickness in medium/small-sized projects is described. New ideas for prevention and treatment system of acute mountain sickness are proposed in terms of the completion of administration system, performance of occupational health examination, scientific and rational excise and adaptability before mobilization, strengthening protection in process, focusing on site first aid before sending to medical facilities and de-adaptability. The beneficial exploration on prevention and treatment of the acute mountain sickness in medimn/small-sized projects is executed accordingly.
