摘　　要：糖尿病肾病(DN)是导致肾功能衰竭的重要病因之一,其病理变化和预后可归属于中医之"消渴""虚劳""水肿"等范畴。该文从"毒损肾络"理论出发,探讨糖尿病肾病的发病机制,以期为糖尿病肾病的临床治疗提供理论依据。Diabetic nephropathy is one of the important causes leading to renal failure. The symptoms of DN are similar to those of subdue thirsty diseases, hydroncus, consumptive disease and urine turbid in traditional Chinese medicine. This thesis tries to explore the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy based on the damage of kidney collateral and aims to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
