脾肾两虚型HBV感染者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分布特征研究

摘　　要：目的:研究脾肾两虚型HBV感染者T淋巴细胞亚群分布特征,探讨中医证候与细胞免疫功能的关系。方法:流式法检测HBV感染患者T淋巴细胞亚群分布特征,比较两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群差异。结果:脾肾两虚型患者年龄明显高于非脾肾两虚型(P<0.05);脾肾两虚型CD8^+T细胞、CD8^+CD28+T细胞低于非脾肾两虚型患者(P<0.05)。结论:HBV感染者中医证型与机体免疫功能存在一定相关性,其中脾肾两虚型患者杀伤性T细胞数量较非脾肾两虚型更为低下。Objective ： To observe the distribution characteristics of HBV infected patients with spleen and kidney deficiency of peripheral blood T cells subsets to explore the cellular immunology of TCM syndrome type. Methods ： Compare the differences of T ceils subgroup between spleen and kidney deficiency HBV infected patients and non spleen and kidney deficiency patients. Results ：The age of spleen and kidney deficiency type was significantly higher than that of the patients with the non spleen and kidney deficiency type （P 〈 0. 05）. The CD8^＋ T cells and CD8^＋ CD28^＋ T cells of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency were lower than that of non spleen and kidney deficiency patients （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The TCM syndrome types of HBV infected patients have a certain correlation with the body＇s immune function. The killer T cells of the patients with spleen kidney deficiency type are fewer compared with the non spleen and kidney deficiency type.
