摘　　要：目的:评估自拟中药克炎灵水煎剂保留灌肠治疗湿瘀型慢性盆腔炎的有效性及安全性。方法:将76例湿瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组。其中治疗组40例给予克炎灵水煎剂保留灌肠,对照组36例采用康妇消炎栓直肠给药的方法治疗;14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程结束后,观察两组临床疗效和两组间治疗前后中医症状的改变及临床体征的改善。结果:总有效率:治疗组为95%,对照组为72.22%,治疗组明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间治疗后中医症状及临床局部体征指标均比治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善率明显优于对照组。结论:中药克炎灵水煎剂保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎有很好的临床疗效,容易被广大患者所接受,值得临床广泛应用。Objective ：To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine Keyanling retention enema in the treatment of damp and blood stasis type of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： By a multicenter, randomized, parallel control principle ,76 cases were randomized for retention enema group （40 cases） and control group （36 cases）. The treatment lasted for 14 days. Observe changes of TCM symptoms and clinical signs of improvement and the curative effect before and after treatment. Results ： The symptoms and clinical symptoms of TCM in the two groups were improved after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the improvement rate of the enema group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine Keyanling retention enema in the treatment of dampness and blood stasis type of pelvic inflammatory disease has a good clinical effect. And the clinical application is safe, with no adverse reactions,providing a new way and new scientific basis.
