参麦注射液和阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究并分析参麦注射液和阿托伐他汀联合用于冠心病慢性心力衰竭治疗的效果。方法:收集本院冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者共96例,根据随机对照、平行、单盲的原则将其分为对照组A(32例)、对照组B(32例)和观察组(32例),对照组A以阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组B以参麦注射液治疗,观察组则联用以上两种药物。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(90.6%)明显高于对照组A(65.6%)和对照组B(71.9%),均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后,LVEF、LVEDV和LVESV较治疗前均有明显改善,观察组3个指标均显著优于两个对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P0.05);3组患者的hs-CRP和BNP水平均明显下降,观察组下降程度优于对照组A和B,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。同时对照组B患者的hs-CRP和BNP水平下降程度较对照组A明显(均P<0.05)。且3组不良反应无统计学意义。结论:在冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗过程中,参麦注射液和阿托伐他汀的联合应用能够使患者获得更佳疗效,且安全、可靠,值得推广应用。Objective：To research and analyze the effect of Shenmai Injection and atorvastatin combined treatment for coronary heart disease of chronic heart failure. Methods ： Collect from our hospital 96 cases with coronary heart disease of chronic heart failure, according to the principle of randomized controlled, parallel, single blind, they can be divided into the control group （ 32 cases） and control group B （32 cases） and observation group （32 cases）, control group A with atorvastatin treatment, control group B with Shenmai Injection therapy, observation group combined the above two kinds of drugs. Results ： Observation group after treatment,the total effective rate （90.6%） was significantly higher than those of control group A（65.6% ） and control group B （71.9%）, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, LVEF, LVEDV and LVESV were obviously im- proved than that was before treatment, the observation group＇s three indicators were significantly better than those of two comparison groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）, Three groups hs CRP and BNP levels were significantly lower, observation group＇s dropped degree was better than that of control group A and B ,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05 ）. While the control group B patients hs - CRP and BNP levels dropped degree was better than that of control group A（P 〈 0. 05）. And three groups adverse reactions had no statistical significance. Conclusion： In the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure, Shenmai Injection and atorvastatin combined application make patients get better curative effect,and it is safe,reliable,worthing of popularization and application.
