温针灸联合耳针治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸联合耳针治疗肥胖并发高脂血症脾虚湿阻型患者的临床疗效,并分析影响疗效的因素。方法:纳入125例肥胖并发高脂血症脾虚湿阻型患者,均采用温针灸联合耳针施治,隔日1次,治疗3个月,观察治疗前后患者的肥胖指标:体重、肥胖度(A)、体质指数(BMI)和体脂百分率(F%);脂质指标:总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)以及总体疗效。结果:1治疗后肥胖指标及脂质指标较治疗前均明显改善(均为P<0.01),减肥及降脂有效率分别为97.6%、93.6%,总体有效率达93.6%;2男性患者疗效优于女性患者,年龄较小的患者疗效更佳(均为P<0.01);患者年龄与疗效呈相关性(r=0.213,P<0.05),年龄越小、疗效越好。而不同病程、不同肥胖度、不同病因诱因患者的疗效并无明显差异。结论:温针灸联合耳针疗法具有减肥降脂双重作用,对肥胖并发高脂血症脾虚湿阻型患者疗效显著,适用范围广泛,值得临床推广应用。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture for obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia patients with spleen deficiency and damp retention type and analyze the factors which influence the therapeutic effect. Methods ： A total of 125 patients accorded with the diagnostic criteria were accepted the treatment. Obesity indexes such as body mass,obesity degree（A） ,body mass index（IBM） ,body fat percentage（ F% ） and the blood lipid levels such as total cholesterol（ TC）, triglyceride （ TG）, low density lipoprotein （ LDL - C） and high density lipoprotein （ HDL - C ） were observed before and after 3 months treatment. Results ： After treatment, patients all obtained promising effect in reducing weight and lowering lipid significantly and the total effective rate was 93.6%. There was significant correlation between age and effect. The younger, the better（ r = 0. 213, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture for obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia patients with spleen deficiency and damp retention type has a good therapeutic effect.
