摘  要:目的:观察针刺补泻跷脉对失眠SD大鼠自发活动昼夜节律特征的影响。方法:将30只雄性SD大鼠驯化与L:D(12:12)光暗同步后,将SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、针刺组,每组10只。对模型组和针刺组SD大鼠运用腹腔注射对氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)混悬液的方法,复制失眠模型,观察造模前后昼夜节律的改变。造模后,每日早上8:00-10:00,针刺组给予针刺补泻"申脉""照海"治疗,1次/d,20 min/次,连续1周。观察针刺补泻跷脉对SD大鼠昼夜节律的影响。结果:(1)在L:D(12:12)驯化稳定后,SD大鼠自发活动均表现出近似昼夜节律。造模后,大鼠休息期活动量明显增加,与空白组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)针刺补泻跷脉对自发活动昼夜节律具有调整作用,休息期活动量减少,与模型组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺补泻跷脉可以使失眠SD大鼠自发活动昼夜节律恢复其规律性,休息期活动量相对减少,睡眠逐渐恢复正常。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture intervention on locomotor activity circadian rhythm in insomnia rat model. Methods : When 30 SD rats act with the light from the darkness steadily and then were divided into three groups randomly : blank, model and acupuncture groups. Use intraperitoneal injection of PCPA suspension to copy insomnia SD rats model and observe the characteristic of locomotor activity circadian rhythm in SD rat model of insomnia. Measure the changes of daily spontaneous activity. Acupuncture was applied to "Shenmai" ( BL62 ) and "Zhaohai" ( KI6 ) for 20 minutes per day and lasted for 7 days during 8:00 - 10:00 am. Results : ( 1 ) The disorder of locomotor activity circadian rhythm was expressed by the model of insomnia. The change of insomnia model was the increase of daily spontaneous activity. ( 2 ) Compared with model group, the reduction of daily spontaneous activity could be observed in acupuncture group. Conclusion:Acupuncture could significantly reduce the number of daily spontaneous activity.
