摘　　要：毕业生就业心理问题是关乎毕业季大学生安全踏入社会、正视就业问题和实现就业的一种极不正常的心理负作用。民办高校需要采取综合治理举措优化毕业生就业心理,使其在就业困难当口有一个健康的心态,积极参与到创业或就业的社会实践中。其优化心理重点举措即:优化民办大学教学、突出大学生能力教育,开展多彩活动训练、优化大学生心理素质,关注贫困大学生、优先提供就业帮助,优化就业文化与环境、抓好大学生职业生涯规划。Graduate employment psychological problems is a kind of negative effects to the employment psychology.It＇s about to the smooth employment of college graduates at the graduation season. Private colleges need to take comprehensive measures to optimize the graduates employment psychology. These measures include optimization of non-government college teaching, outstanding college students ability education, training of colorful activities, optimization of college students＇ mental quality; focusing on poor college students, and to help theim achieve employment, optimizing employment culture and environmentthe , implementation of the college students＇ career planning
