摘　　要：目的:临终患者家属对于患者生命最后几个月的日常护理非常重要,但是他们无论经济压力还是心理社会压力都非常大。本研究的目的是了解家属在提供临终关怀时所面临的问题以及他们的应对策略。方法:本研究是一个大型试验测试与临终关怀护理人员认知行为干预的数据分析。采用电话访问并记录,分析临终关怀家属所面临的挑战和护理对策,从而更好的未临终患者及其家属提供优质护理。结果:提供护理照顾的人分享他们所遇到的困难和挑战,包括他们对护理问题的无助、情绪挑战、对卫生保健系统的无奈、经济困难以及对个人健康问题,以及应对策略。讨论:目前需要强化以问题和情感为基础的双重应对策略,用以提高护理经验的一种干预措施。Objective：Patients with dying patients＇ families for life in the final months of daily nursing is very important, but they are very large, regardless of economi pressure or psychologicaland socialpressure.The purpose of this study is to understand the problems facedby family members in providing hospice care and their coping strategies.Methods：This study was a data analysis of a large scale experimental test and the cognitive behavior intervention of hospice nurses.Using telephone access analyze the challenges and nursing countermeasures of the family members of hospice care, so quality nursing care for patients with better not dying patients and their families.Results：nursing care share their diffculties and challenges, including helpless to their nursing problems, but for the health care system, economic difficulties and persona/health Problems, and record, as to provide for people to the emotional challenges, and coping strategies.Discussion：at present, the need to strengthen the problem and emotion based dual coping strategies, to improve the nursing experience of a kind of intervention measures.
