摘 要:以硅酸钠和硫酸铝反应物硅铝干凝胶为硅铝源,氢氧化钾为碱源,采用水蒸汽辅助转化法合成W分子筛,考察了反应体系组成、晶化温度和晶化时间对W分子筛结构、形貌和性能的影响。得到最佳合成条件为:K_2O/SiO_2=0.386,H_2O/SiO_2=11.2,添加于固体反应原料中的水量与釜底水量的比值为2.85,晶化温度为160℃,晶化时间为48 h。所得样品经XRD和SEM表征确认得到了形貌均一、结晶良好的W分子筛,其在人工模拟海水中的钾离子交换容量为52.4 mg/g。Zeolite W was synthesized by steam-assisted-conversion method using aluminosilicate xerogel as the silica-alumina source and potassium hydroxide as the alkali source. The aluminosilicate xerogel was the reaction product of sodium silicate and aluminumsulfate. This work developed a new green environment-friendly way for synthesizing zeolite W. The effects of the system composition, crystallization temperature and time on the structure, morphology and performance of zeolite W were studied. The structure and morphology of zeolite W were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that a batch of uniform and well crystallized zeolite W is produced under 160 ℃ for 48 h with the K2O/SiO2 =0. 386,H2O/SoO2 = 11.2,the ratio of the amount of water added in solid material and in the bottom of the autoclave is 2. 85 in the reaction system. The K+ exchange capacity of the product in the artificial simulated seawater is 52.4 mg/g.
