摘 要:在HAc-NaAc缓冲液中基于亚硫酸根将二价铜离子还原为亚铜离子,后者与新铜试剂形成黄色配合物,建立了分光光度法测定工业燃煤锅炉排烟中二氧化硫的新方法.在体系最大吸收波长460nm处,二氧化硫质量浓度在1.6~20 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,其回归方程为A=0.044 3ρ(mg/L)-0.093 66,相关系数r=0.999 4,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.544×103 L/(mol·cm).将该法用于工业燃煤锅炉排烟中二氧化硫的检测,回收率在96.61%~98.14%之间.该法所用仪器简单,且操作简便、快速.A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of sulfur dioxide in flue gas from industrial coal-fired boiler was proposed,based on which cupric can be reduced to cuprous by sulfite,cuprous reacts with neocuproine to form a yellow complex in a medium of HAc-NaAc buffer solution.Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 1.6—20mg/L of sulfur dioxide with its maximun absorption wavelength at 460 nm.The linear regression equation of the calibration was A=0.044 3ρ(mg/L)-0.093 66,with a regression correlation coefficient r=0.999 4and the apparent molar absorption coefficient of absorptivity 3.544×103 L/(mol·cm).The method was applied to the detection of sulfur dioxide in industrial coal-fired boilers.The recoveries ranged from 96.61%to 98.14%.The method used in the instrument is simple,with the operation simple and fast.
