摘　　要：目的掌握南充市高坪医2012—2015年医疗机构法定传染病漏报情况，分析漏报原因，为制订传染病预防控制对策提供参考依据。方法对2012—2015年南充市高坪区传染病漏报调查相关资料进行统计分析。结果2012—2015年南充市高坪区不同级别的医疗机构平均漏报率1．09％，漏报前4位病种依次为流行性腮腺炎（2．63％）、手足口病（2．33％）、肺结核（1．12％）、淋病（1．02％）。不同级别医疗机传染病漏报率差异有统计学意义（x2=29．661，P=0．000），2012—2015年各年度传染病漏报率差异无统计学意义（X2=0．961，P=0．811）。不同级别医疗机构相关人员传染病报告管理知识知晓率差异有统计学意义（x2=42．854，P=0．000）。结论2012—2015年南充市高坪区法定传染病漏报率较低，公立医疗机构有规范的网络直报系统和严格的管理制度，能降低漏报率。民营医院报告管理质量差，漏报率高，有待于改进和加强。To investigate underreporting of notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions inGaoping District of Nanchong during the period from 2012 to 2015 and analyze the causes of underreporting to provide reference for developing strategies for prevention and control. Methods Related data about underreporting of infectious diseases in Gaoping District of Nanchong during the period from 2012 to 2015 were statistically analyzed. Results The underreporting rate averaged at 1.09% in medical institutions at different levels Gaoping District of Nanchong over the period from 2012 to 2015. The four diseases with the highest underreporting rates were mumps （2. 63% ） , hand -foot - mouth disease （ 2.33% ） , tuberculosis （ 1.12% ） and gonorrhea （ 1.02% ）. The differences of underreporting rates in different medical institutions were statistically significant different （X2 = 29. 661, P = 0. 000） ; the underreport- ing rates in different years from 2012 to 2015 were not statistically significantly different （X2 = 0. 961, P = 0.811 ）. Awareness rates of infectious disease management knowledge in related personnel in medical institutions at different lev- els were statistically significantly different （X2 = 42. 854, P = 0. 000）. Conclusion The underreporting rate of infec- tious diseases was relatively low in Gaoping District of Nanehong during the period from 2012 to 2015. The standardized online direct reporting system and strict management mechanism in the public medical institutions have contributed to the low underreporting rate. The poor report management quality in private hospitals has led to high underreporting rates, and thus efforts must be made to improve the management quality in private hospitals.
