摘  要:利用毛细管气相色谱法(GC)测定乙二醇含量。采用PEG-20M毛细管色谱柱,以1,3-丙二醇做内标物,分流进样,分流比20∶1,尾吹气流速20 mL/min,进样口温度260℃,柱温160℃,检测器为氢火焰离子检测器(FID)、检测器温度280℃。结果表明,乙二醇的质量浓度在0.468~2.332 mg/mL时,峰面积与内标峰面积比值与浓度之间线性关系良好,乙二醇的线性回归方程为Y=0.67891X-0.03926(R^2=0.99942)。采用此实验条件可快速准确地分析乙二醇的含量,为乙二醇的分析检测提供参考。To establish a method for determining ethylene glycol content by capillary gas chromatography. By using capillary chromatography column(PEG-20M), 1, 3- propanediol as internal standard. The split injection was used with the split ratio of 100:1, and the make-up gas flow rate was 20 mL/min, the temperature of injection port was 260 ℃ and the temperature of column was 160 ℃. The detector was hydrogen flame ionization detector and its temperature was 280 ℃. The ratio of the ethylene glycol peak area and the internal standard peak area had a good linear relation with the concentration of the ethylene glycol in the range of0.468 -2.332 mg/mL. The linear equation of ethylene glycol was Y =0.67891X-0.03926(R-2=0.99942). This method is simple, rapid, accurate to determine the content of ethylene glycol, which can provide the reference for the analysis of the ethylene glycol detection.
