摘 要:以全龄桑叶育为对照,对菁松×皓月、春华×秋实和秦月×汉辉家蚕品种进行了一至二龄颗粒人工饲料育、三至五龄桑叶育试验。结果表明,颗粒人工饲料育蚕儿龄期经过与全龄桑叶育相当或缩短,公斤茧粒数、全茧量、茧层量等与全龄桑叶育的差距在5%~10%之间。同一饲育形式下,菁松×皓月正反交整体性状优于春华×秋实正反交,秦月×汉辉正反交部分指标较优,但丝质成绩最差。In contrast to silkworm rearing with mulberry leaves in all instars, the varieties Jingsong×Haoyue, Chunhua×Qiushi and Qinyue×Hanhui were fed with pellet artificial diet from 1st to 2nd instars and mulberry leaves from 3rd to 5th instars. The results show that the instar duration of young worms fed with pellet artificial diet was the same as or shorter than that fed with mulberry leaves during the whole instars. The differences of per kilogram of cocoon number, whole cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight between silkworms fed with pellet artificial diet and those fed with mulberry leaves in all instars were from 5; to 10M. Under the same rearing condition, the comprehensive characters of reciprocal cross for Jingsong×Haoyue was superior to that of Chunhua×Qiushi; for Qinyue×Hanhui, part of the indexes of reciprocal cross were superior, but the grade for silk quality was the worst.
