摘  要:针对井下套管内涂层缺乏有效检测和变化监测手段的问题,开展了微电极法和单电极法2种套管内涂层检测技术现场试验,并建立了不同矿化度介质下微电阻与内涂层损失率之间的定量数学关系,通过2种方法互补,较清晰地反映出涂层套管配套情况及涂层随时间变化趋势,为新井内防腐工艺配套执行情况核查和防腐工艺适应性评价提供了有效的途径。In view of the lack of effective detection and variation monitoring means of inner coating of downhole casings, field test of two detection technologies of inner coating of casings, that is, microelectrode method and the single electrode method, was carried out. The quantitative mathematical relationship between the micro- resistance and the inner coating loss rate in the media with various salinities (total dissolved solid ) was established. The compatibility of the above methods reflected clearly the matching of coated casings and the tendency of coating change with time. This provides an effective way for the verification of the supporting performance of anti-corrosion process and the adaptability evaluation of anti-corrosion technology of new wells.
