摘  要:在油田注水开发过程中,注入水所含机械杂质及油类在注水井井筒及近井地带长期聚集,造成井筒出现结垢、腐蚀、地层堵塞、吸水能力下降等问题。严重影响注水效果。为确保油田正常注水开发,安塞油田引进了兰通牌LTJ5290TJC4JD型高压密闭循环洗井车洗井技术,于2015年上半年在杏河区块共进行了104口井的洗井试验。试验表明,用高压密闭循环洗井车洗井能有效缓解污水外排引起的环保问题,降低单井洗井成本,显著净化注水水质,清洁井筒,有效降低注水压力,提高注水井测调合格率,增大注水井吸水指数。该技术应用效果良好。可在油田进一步推广应用。In the process of waterflooding, the accumulation of mechanical impurities and oils in the wellbore and near wellbore areas of the injection well leads to problems such as scaling, corrosion, formation blocking, and decline of water injection capacity. These problems seriously affect the water injection effect. In order to ensure the normal waterflooding of the oilfield, a technology of well- flushing with Lantong brand of LTJ5290TJC40 type high-pressure closed circulation well-cleanout vehicle was introduced to Ansai oilfield. In the first half of 2015, well-flushing tests were conducted on 104 wells in Xinghe block. The results show that the high pressure closed circulation well flushing truck can used to effeel, ively alleviate the environmental problems caused by sewage effluent discharge, reduce the cost of single well cleaning, significantly purify the injection water quality, clean the wellbore, effectively reduce the injection pressure, improve the qualified ratio of the well testing and profile control of the injectors, and increase the water injectivity index of the injection wells. The technology has good application effect, and can be spread and applied to the whole oilfield.
