摘  要:随着安太堡露天矿南部端帮原煤提运口自西向东的移设,释放了旧口位置9号煤层和11号煤层的采掘空间,为了安全回收所释放的煤层原煤,需要对9号煤层顶板位置的岩石层实施深孔松动爆破。但因释放空间距离正在使用的原煤输运巷道较近、爆破施工难度较大,故提出了安太堡矿赋存巷道端帮岩石松动爆破方案。通过优化爆破起爆网路、调整装药结构、采用预裂爆破等综合爆破施工工艺,整体达到了岩石松动的目的,并将巷道垂直振动速度控制到了15cm/s以内,有效保护了正在使用的巷道。爆破实践表明:该方案直接为安太堡矿增加了15.2万m3原煤采出量,将巷道旧口位置的原煤采出率提高到了60.8%以上,具有较高的经济推广价值。本次爆破是巷道近距离爆破施工的一次实践,对巷道周边岩石松动爆破的设计和研究具有一定的参考价值。Antaibao coal roadway had been shifted from west to east,so the mining space of No. 9 coal seam and No. 11 coal seam bad been released,in order to safely recycle the coal seam, the rock layer on the roof position of No. 9 coal seam. The mining space was closed to the coal roadway being used and the blasting construction was difficult, the rock loose blasting was put forward. By optimizing the initiation network, adjusting the loading structure and using pre-splitting blasting technology, the purpose of loosing rock was reached. The vertical vibration velocity was controlled in 15 cm/s. The blasting practice showed that, the roadway was effectively protected. 152 000 m^3 coal was increased in Antaibao mine. Coal recovery rate was increased to 60.8%. The blasting was a practice near the distance blasting of the tunnel. The blasting had a reference for the designed and research of rock loose blasting around the roadway.
