摘 要:以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)为原料,制备了二者的共混膜。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了PLLA/PMMA共混膜的相容性,发现该体系为部分互容。在此基础上,利用碱液降解共混膜中的PLLA,从而制备多孔膜。结果发现,聚合物组成的改变对多孔膜的细节结构有明显影响。当PLLA与PMMA质量比为25/75时,主体膜主要由颗粒和纤维结构构成;当PLLA与PMMA质量比为50/50及75/25时,主体膜明显由颗粒状结构形成,其尺寸为60~100nm。由此可见,利用PLLA/PMMA的共混膜及碱液降解法可方便地制备多孔聚合物膜。Poly(L-lactic acid) and poly(methyl methacrylate) were used to prepare blending membranes through solution blending method. The miscibility of PLLA and PMMA in membranes was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The blending membrane is a partial miscible system. Blending membranes were degraded in base solution to prepare porous membranes. The results show that the blending ratio has an influence on the subtle structure of membranes after degradation, when rn (PLLA)/ m (PMMA)=25/75, the remaining membrane is mainly composed of particles and fibers; when rn (PLLA)/m (PMMA)= 50/50 or 75/25, the membrane after degradation is obviously composed of nanoparticles,of which the size is in the range of 60-100 nm. Therefore, porous membranes can be convenienthy prepared via the combination of the partial miscible polymer blending system and the degrading method of the base solution.
