社会网络视角下新能源汽车产业产学研创新网络的实证分析——以东北三省为例

摘　　要：基于社会网络的视角,构建了新能源汽车产业产学研创新网络模型。在此基础上,从网络(整体网、个体网)特征和关系(产业链关系、知识链关系、地理邻近关系)嵌入两个维度出发,运用社会网络分析方法,对东北三省新能源汽车产业的产学研创新网络进行了实证研究。结果表明:东北三省新能源汽车产业产学研创新网络的网络密度低、中心势较高,黑龙江、吉林两省的新能源汽车产业产学研创新网络的凝聚力较差;三省新能源汽车产业产学研创新网络中的核心组织均为区域内整车制造业中的龙头企业,且各自占据着重要的结构洞位置;产业链关系、知识链关系和地理邻近关系网络均与产学研创新网络存在显著的正相关关系。基于以上结论,提出了优化东北三省新能源汽车产业产学研创新网络发展的政策建议。From the perspective of social network,this paper constructs the innovation network model of industry-university-research institutefor new energy vehicle industry. Based on this model, from the two dimensions of network（ whole network and individual network） characteristicand relationship（industrial chain relationship, knowledge chain relationship and geographical proximity relationship） embeddedness,it empirical-ly studies the innovation network of industry-university-research institute in new energy vehicle industry in three provinces of China＇s northeastregion by using the method of social network analysis. The results show as follows .. the innovation network of industry-universlty-research insti-tute in new energy vehicle industry in three provinces of Chinars northeast region is characterized by low density and high centrality the cohe-sions of innovation networks in Heilong iang province and Jilin province are poor the core organizations in innovation networks in three prov-inces are the leading enterprise of automobile manufacturing industry in the region, and they occupies the important position of hole structure re-spectively the networks of industrial chain, knowledge chain and geographical proximity have significant positive correlations with the innovationnetwork of industry-university-research institute. Finally, it puts forward some policy recommendations for optimizing the innovation network ofindustry-university-research institute in new energy vehicle industry in each province .
