摘 要:针对自行门桥舟车艇合一、自重大、吃水深,单车架设浮桥(门桥)较短、承载量较小以及外形不规则等问题,提出了桥跨翻转后先旋转再充气的总体方案。该方案的门桥结构有基本状态、旋转状态和旋转充气状态等,可满足不同任务和环境的需要。以CFD商业软件FLUENT为平台,建立了带自由面的新型结构自行门桥粘性绕流场和阻力计算模型,确定了边界条件,对空载、满载下不同航速的情况进行了数值计算,为该类装备的发展提供了有益的建议。Focusing on these issues of the self-propelled raft such as heavy self-weight and deep draft owing to the unity of vehicle and boat, shorter length and less load-carrying capacity of single raft and irregular shape, this paper brought forward the general solution: firstly, revolving the bridge span and then blowing it up after overturning it. The ways of constructing the raft include basic ones, revolving ones, revolving-blowing ones and so on to meet the needs of different tasks and surroundings. Using the CFD commercial software FLUENT, models were built to simulate the resistance and viscous flow field around the new-strncture self-propelled raft, which involved different boundary conditions, loads and headway. By numerical simulation, which provides useful suggestions for the development of such equipment.
